Our Junior Kindergarten
program at Marina View Preschool provides young children
opportunities to develop their intellectual, social, emotional
and physical well-being. The program is a developmentally appropriation of the
world around us, rooted in a rich, engaging and nurturing
environment. This will "bridge" the gap between Pre-K and
Kindergarten Programs. Class starts at 8:30am and
concludes at 4:30pm. The class consists of a teacher with a
ratio of one adult for every twelve students. Our
child-centered classroom is lead by a skilled, dedicated teacher
who is expert in early childhood education, guiding and
developing each child's individual approach to learning.
The Junior Kindergarten curriculum
includes Language Arts, Science, Math, Foreign Languages, Arts,
Music, Phonics, Writing and Computer.
